two sightings in two days!

13th september 2009,21.00hrs, saw what i can only describe as a ball of flames pass overhead,slowly, and over some trees before vanishing.Followed in car, but couldn"t locate.[Anstey, Leicester] 14th september 2009,20.30hrs, silent star like object passed over garden and then vanished.Visibility clear, quite windy,little cloud[Anstey,Leicester}

Hi Dean welcome to the site, interesting sightings. Multiple sightings over a few days are something we are seeing a bit of, It may be worth haveing a look again this evening to see if it comes back. I'm not saying you should sit out all night but just have a look out around the same time.

I'll keep an eye out as I'm not too far from you as well. I'll also do some research and see if anything in the local papers on line.

hi Dean, any chance of giving us a measure of size? was it as big as a double decker bus? if not, bigger? smaller?

how far from you was it? 100 yards? 100 feet? ;)
