1. - Forget this place while on Holiday.

2. - Driving that distance and putting that wear and tear on the car is unbelievable.

yeah the autobahns are TOLL but .... you get very nice facilities every so often and fast roads

as opposed to the A roads, no toll but no facilities and it's bumper to bumper

heeeeey that reminds me - must pop down and get a watering can :b-)

what is the down side to Czech Pat? I can't think of any as I've never been there but everywhere has pros and cons

have they heard of swine flu over there yet?

and do they still have four star petrol? :b-)

You can still buy 4star fuel and they are not that interested in the swine flue, a few cases but its not all over the press.

Its a great country, very family based and great beer and food!

I have yet to find a down side.

I don't travel myself but Czech Republic does seem unusual and different, good idea cos everyone else goes to Spain, Turkey, Greece, Cyprus etc. etc.
