Say falkor, is there any info posted about the pics you use on the forums index page?

This one's interesting :geek:

hi Rob, did you get my PMs? :b-)

sorry to tell you Rob that the pics on the index page are all unresearched, they are great to look at (I think) but I have no info on them

you could find them here https://www.google.co.uk/search?num=10& ... BiSZ8vke4c :green:

It's a confirmed hoax is it?

It's just, I was going to add, that to me, it looks like a ceiling light shade – the kind of effect you would get if you were to take a picture through a closed window of the scene outside, the light shade being reflected back by the window, if you see what i mean :geek:

Yeah Rob, it was a series of photos that gripped the country, but if I recall they found a model at his home some years later, the photos also appear to be double exposures, which is how he made them look so cool.

Shame really because when the story broke in 87, it really caught my eye.

Cheers for the reply, Pat.

One of the things that has made me increasingly cynical over the years is the number of dickheads out there prepared to fake this stuff, for no other reason than their own deranged sense entertainment. It has, of course, got worse with since the "internet explosion". Even the best researchers get taken in by a so called "good" hoax.

Yep and with the added fact that your home PC can do some great CGI makes it all so easy to fake it!
