Spotted UFO While taking a photo of a plane.

Post by astrodslr » Sun Nov 18, 2012 8:26 pm

Hi,

I joined this forum so I could post this photo. I just purchased a new camera and while testing it out in my back garden today taking photos of planes I captured this. I couldnt see the object without my camera as it has a 300mm telephoto lens and after this 1 photo I couldnt find it in the sky again.

I shot the photo with a fast shutter speed to minimize any motion blur of the plane.
Photo was taken 5 miles east of London, UK.

Regards,

Laurie

Very interesting that Laurie :geek:

I have a few similar ufo photos i took where i was photographing planes but from much further distance than your close up shot but the objects in my photos look very much like the same type dark basic shape , in my opinion they are tagging the aircraft for some reason, maybe , hopefully time will tell what all these ufos are really here for?.

Thanks for sharing :vwide:

so what would be the true dimensions of the UFO? is it 1 meter across or bigger do you think? :gog:

I think the object was roughly the same hight as the plane as it has the same amount of focus on it so I think 1 meter across would be a good guess as the plane is only a small jet.

well - do you have a hunch what it is? at 1 meter across, that's pretty small for a UFO 8-)

Cool! Thank you for your post.

Any chance of you posting the picture "as is" so to speak, that is without the insets or any other manipulation?

Also I would be very interested to know the details of the equipment you're using together with the time and date? :geek:

Thanks.

yeah but Pat, a UFO that small? if it's just 1 meter across, is that likely to be ExtraTerrestrial? :oooeerr:

why do you love the photo so much? because you think it's bigger than 1 meter across?

if it was 20 meters across, that would be very interesting

surely with UFOs, size really does matter :gog:

The reason I requested the tech info is because (as you're probably aware) you can work this stuff out (size, distance... :ugeek: ), but I suspect that we'll not hear from 'astrodslr' again. I hope I'm wrong...

Malc, Size does not matter... well thats what my wife says! :D

On a serious note, who knows what it is, It could be an experimental probe or and Alien probe who knows. Its just a great UFO photo.
